CPR Plus Payment options

• All payments must be received two (2) weeks prior to start of the scheduled class or classes. • If paying by check or money order make payable to: CPR Plus and mail to: P.O. Box 1523, Knightdale, North Carolina 27545 • If paying by cash please call the office ( Please Do Not Send Cash In the Mail ) CPR Plus will not be responsible if lost. • If paying online, these are the accepted methods of payment via PayPal.

Confirmation

• Paid registrations will receive a confirmation of enrollment by e-mail or telephone call

Cancellation Policy

• Your class cancellation, if received two business days prior to the scheduled class, will be honored with a one-time transfer to another class of equal value, good for up to 30 days. Refunds are not available.

Class Schedule, Time and Attire

• All classes will start on time as scheduled. • Students who are late will need to re-schedule • Please dress comfortably Participants must pre-pay before attending the class of their choice. Payments must be received by the office two weeks prior to the start of the course. The office of CPR Plus reserves the right to cancel a class in an emergency. If class is cancelled, you will be notified and the class will be re-scheduled. Back to top
